After the news that the "Coaching Blogs" were being eliminated, I received more personal messages than I ever thought of people who read my stuff asking "What am I supposed to do?"
Well, I do live in "Silicon Valley" home of high-tech (of which I am a Neanderthal) that has an abundance of brilliant people, who recommended a couple of things to continue my relationships with you all.
Not only did they "recommend", but are now in the preliminary development of it. Man, just say what's on your mind during a training session out loud and things will start in motion and I'm not talking about only squat, bench, and deads.
We'll have to see where this goes, but I will do the best I can to keep everyone who is interested, informed.
Training: Today's work is more about increasing the range of motion by going deeper and wider.
Run: 3-mile Fartlek
GHR: 3x10
"Frog" GHR: 3x10
Dynamic Squat: 10x2. 2" BELOW parallel on the box
Dynamic SUMO Deadlift: 10x1. Try to move the feet out a bit wider than normal, but be careful. It's ok to reduce the weight.
