- You set vague goals
- Procrastination and distraction
- You’re Working Hard but not smart
- You’re training solo when you need a great partner or crew to train with
- Fear of failure is holding you back
- You’re not tracking your progress
- You lack the necessary skills or knowledge, or your Coach sucks
- You’re not adapting to change
Fix these things before you drop out of the gym you just paid a shit ton of money to join.
Remember: Adjust, Adapt, Add weight or reps, and overcome!
