Sometimes you get caught up in busting ass that you think you need to train at that continued ass-busting pace.
There is some volume, then more volume, and finally, the volume is so high you can't hear your body screaming for just a good training session. You remember? The kind that doesn't make you feel like a dishrag.
Four exercises today, and only four. Not a tremendous amount of volume but the proper amount.
I don't feel half bad. Not only physically, but mentally as well.
I had us focused on the quality of each rep, versus the survival of each set.

Cable Fly: Super Slow Training reps. 2x8; then an all-out moderate-paced set of 30
Cable Lateral Raise: Super Slow Training reps: 2x6; followed by an all-out moderate-paced set of 30
Cycle
