Today's Training:

Run: Fartlek 3 miles

Cycle: Commute

Machine Row: I used a "Selectorized" machine bench press but stood up on the bench, turned around, and got into a solid rowing position. As this was a new way to do bent-over rows, I had a few warm-up sets. Once I found a hard 12-rep weight, I did THREE more sets of the 12.

Single Arm Supinated Lat Pulldown: 4x8 Went a bit heavier than the last time

Neutral Grip Chin-ups: 3x Failure. Now check this out! Don't go down all the way. Yep, from the chin over the bar position, come about 1/2 way down. Now get this, my wife banged out 20 reps on her first set. Even a couple of fat fucks hoisted themselves up for 14 and 16 reps. The following two sets need to be around that first set's numbers.

Shrugs: 3x12. Like last time squeeze the crap out of the contraction to a four-count pause.

Cycle: Gotta get back home!
