Today's Training:
Cycle: Commute. It started alright, but the rain came down pretty darn hard when I got to the end of my cul-de-sac and made the right turn onto the streets. It was not as if I needed to collect a male and a female from every animal species, but enough that I knew I would get drenched.
Weighted BOSU Sit-ups: 3x12
Weighted Oblique Flexion using the 45-degree back extension: 3x8 (so yeah, it was fairly heavy)
Incline DB Chest Press: Work up to a heavy(er)8 reps. Then do two more sets of 8 at that weight.
Dynamic Bench w/ a negative accentuated movement: 5x5. Super slow down, pause, Blast that MFer up!
Incline Smith Machine Chest Press: 4x12. "Pump" sets
Bentover DB Rear Delt Laterals: 4x15
Dynamic OHP w/ a negative accentuated movement like the bench: 5x5
"Lean Out" Cable Lateral Raise: 3x15
Concept II Row: 20 minutes
