Row: Concept II 25 minutes
Incline DB Press: Work up to 8 hard reps. Don't lock it out. Once the heaviest weight is found, do two more sets at that weight.
Banded Smith Machine Bench: Work up to a hard 6 reps. Bring the weight down slowly only until your arms are at 90 degrees. Then RAM it up, holding the contraction against the bands for a three-count before the next rep. 4x6
Stretcher Push-ups: 3x33
Chest Supported Rear Delt Raise using Kettlebells: 3x15
OHP: 5x5
