I hate Resolutions. I feel that a life style should be implemented all year around/your life. I am in dire need of a change in my life as it pertains to my health, which will effect my work and family. A change is needed. I fell off the tracks a long time ago. Life took over and it's time I need to take it back. Time will tell!
