Was out of the Country we went to the Bahamas for a family trip to celebrate Thanksgiving, the week of training consisted of

--Long Kayaking

--Paddle Boarding

--BW training

_-stone lifting

 

Cam back feeling like a million bucks and recharged mentally and physically (got back 1230 AM Today)

This AM did the following

(everything time under tension for 1 minute o 230 break, felt great)

-Belt Squats

-cable RDL

-Lat Pulldowns

-Dip Machine

All done for 3 rounds, felt amazing!
