This quote by David Goggins parallels what I have been harping on for weeks. We don't do certain things because we suck at them. We suck at them because we don't do them. If we did those things with consistency then we would suck LESS and actually start to improve. As we improve we do MORE of that certain thing and the cycle continues.
Make a weakness a strength and you get stronger. Simple!
Because to know and not to do is not to know. Because if you KNEW then you'd DO! Since you don't, then you don't know.
