Weighted BOSU Sit-up: 3x15

Kettlebell "X" Deadlifts: 3x10 Stand between two kettlebells. Squat down and pick the left side one up with the right hand then stand up. Squat back down and grab the one on the right side with your left hand and stand back up. Squat Straight down to put them back on the ground without the switch. That's ONE!

Dynamic Bench: 10x3

DB Fly: 5x10

Stretcher Push-ups: 3x45

DB Supine Tricep Extension super set w/ DB Hammer Curl: 3x100 non-stop
