Everything feels light but weird from the atrophy and time off.
Today is used 5lb dumbells each hand (limited to 10lbs due to chest)
Lateral raise x 20
Shrugs x 20
Front raise x 20
Curls x 20
Shoulder press x 20
Did this routine 2x before work.
Thank God I am cleared to have some caffeine or I would be moving like a slug. Cold brew coffee really helps. I posted a drink concoction I am doing on my IG reels that really helps me get moving. Working everyday towards a New Year’s Day goal and a 1yr post surgery goal.
