- BB Curl
- DB Supine Tricep Extension
- DB Hammer Curl
- Dips
- Preacher Curl
- C/S Tricep Kick Back
- Reverse Grip Seated Curl
- Single Arm Cross Body Tricep Ext
- Concentration Curl
When you feel like dying, do 10 more. This will work if you work this.
