Also, still recovering from the minor outter quad tear so the cardio is helping on this

Went to Highland Games to watch Dale compete for first time

Rear delt pec delt 8x10
Pit shark one arm rope rows 6x10 per arm
Dumbell press 5x25
Neutral grip pushups 6x25
SHoulder rok 5x8 per side
No bleeding out from the minor quad tear. Alittle tight around the area. Will break out the xwife and roll it some and continue to work it lighter then usual...ha
