C/S DB Rear Delt Raise: 4x12
Single Arm Mini Band Retractions: 4x12
Dynamic OHP: 10x3 Go lighter than usual because of all the prior work.
Incline Bench Straight Leg Raise: 3x10
Ab Wheel: 4x10
