Narrow Stance Below Parallel Box Squat: 6 rep Max

  1. The narrow stance should be about where you would conventionally deadlift.
  2. Below Parallel is when the crease of the hip is 2" below the top of the knee when it's bent
  3. PAUSE on the box. NO BOUNCE
  4. Use the SSB Yoke Bar (if you have one)
  5. The max effort shouldn't be where you get smashed, but a real hard sixth rep with maximal load

DB Foward Stepping Lunge: 3x10

  1. Start with a moderate amount of weight in each dumbell
  2. Increase the weight of every set

45-degree back extension: 3x10

  1. Increase the weight of every set

Weighted BOSU Sit-ups: 3x10

  1. Anchor the feet under something stable
  2. Increase the weight of every set
  3. Don't be a bitch
