Deadlift:

  1. Just below the knee pin pull
  2. 10 rep max. That's right TEN reps
  3. Double Overhand Grip ONLY
  4. 10% of your max increases incrementally.
  5. Keep going until your grip gives out.
  6. Yes, I know it wouldn't be that hard if you could change your grip, but guess what? YOU CAN'T

GHR: 5x10

Single DB Side Bend: 3x12

Cycle: Commute

Run: 5x100 after transitioning from bike to run. (This still makes me run like a 2x4)
