- Just below the knee pin pull
- 10 rep max. That's right TEN reps
- Double Overhand Grip ONLY
- 10% of your max increases incrementally.
- Keep going until your grip gives out.
- Yes, I know it wouldn't be that hard if you could change your grip, but guess what? YOU CAN'T
GHR: 5x10
Single DB Side Bend: 3x12
