Push-ups: 100 and they better be good ones. Chest to the floor to full lockout

Cable Tricep Pushdown: 4x15

Fat Grip Hammer Curls: 4x12

BOSU Sit-up: 100 continuous reps

Front Plank: 4x30 sec/ 30 sec rest
