I need people to stop irritating me.
Seriously, I have worked on lengthening my fuse and it seems for the most part I am doing quite well. The proper amounts of sleep, meditation, and medication have pretty much-taken care of my anger management skills.
However, my issue is that once a person has burned through that fuse, causing me to explode, recovering and returning to normal is still a challenge.
Although I can compartmentalize most things and not take my anger out on another person who had no part in the original explosion, I become "hyper-sensitive" to other acts of stupidity and that's where I seem to carry things over.
You would think that once I lose it, others would keep a moderate distance until the steam from my nose and the froth around my mouth subsided. But Noooooo...they tend to get even closer, and HERE is where it becomes difficult.
They would be far better off by simply not irritating me any more than I already am.
