DB Incline Fly / DB Lateral Raise: 4x10
Cable Cross Over/ DB Front Raise: 3x10
Dynamic Bench: 10x3
Front Plank: 2x30 seconds
Front Plank 3" from the ground: 2x30 seconds. Hands and feet only. Everything else is three inches from the floor. Suck it up, these are tough.
Side Plank: 2x30 seconds each side
