I knew that they were calling for rain on Sunday but I wasn't for sure when exactly it would rain, hoping that it would rain in the morning and clear off in the afternoon when I train, I covered up the stones that I wanted to load and hoped for the best...and I got lucky! As soon as I arrived at the gym it stopped raining!

I wanted to do log press and yoke walk but the ground was wet and mushy outside and my shoulder wasn't cooperating with me pressing overhead on my left shoulder so I decided to improvise. Alana Casey posted a video on Facebook of her doing a one motion dbell press with 100 lbs for easy reps so I decided to accept the challenge from her. Pretty sure she is much stronger than I am!

first set I felt my lat a little but I'm making adjustments.
Went home and hung out with my family with a smile on my face! Much improvement in the last few weeks on Sundays!
