I can't say that I felt terrible but I didn't feel energized either. Still "soft legged". I had promised myself (and Matt Ladewski) that I would not use my squat bar on Sunday, I would use my SS Yoke Bar to give my hands and elbows some relief. But...I got to the gym and saw that Texas Squat Bar and it started talking to me...

First of all love your work! Second of all what is that block you were using for your board pressing? Great idea! Where can I get bone of those?
