I woke up tired, so I got up anyway.  I went to the kitchen and ate breakfast in spite of feeling a little off, anyway.

I could have ditched going to the gym today and just punched out todays training up on the board for others to follow, but I went in Anyway.

Feeling worse as the day progressed, I got up from my perch and started to warm up, anyway.

I got into my session despite the excuses I could have, anyway.

I came, I trained, I kicked ass.....
