Did this workout early today!
Will start training lower again on Dec 11..................jacked my back up, nothing serious.....plus my emphasis has been on squats, swings etc so a good chance to get the swing
My mind muscle connection feels amazing!
Straight Arm Pulldowns do 5 reps, rest 20 seconds 5 minutes...........going to have to increase density, as I am at the stack.....surprised my self
Hammer Strength Shrugs do 10 reps rest 15 seconds, for 5 minutes felt great
Wide Grip Pull ups--do 3 reps, rest 28 second repeat for 5 minute
Hammer strength seated rows, plate loaded do 5 reps, rest 15 seconds
Treadmill hill sprints, run 15 seconds, rest 15 sec 4 minute
GREAT WORKOUT and feel silly walking around because of 'ILS' from affects of workout
