Weds
Upper Cut Fly (6 reps, rest 15 sec, repeat for 5 minutes)
Reverse fly--drop set, from full stack drop 30 pounds each drop, started at 13 reps, last set was 112 lol
Seated Lateral Raise--Heavy Stack (did whole things) 6 reps, rest 20 seconds failed at 3:30 great!
neck Work
one arm Triceps Pushdown--6 reps each side, back and forth for 5 minutes, been doing this feels really good keep adding weight each set
Forearm extensions
Thursday
Seated Leg Curls (5 reps, rest 20 sec, repeat for 5 minutes)--this was nuts, felt great
Seated Leg Abduction (10 reps, rest 15 sec, repeat for 5 minutes)--felt great
Seated Leg Adduction (6 reps, rest 15 sec, repeat for failed 3:12 )--My adductors were on fire
Leg Ext--(10 reps, rest 15 sec, repeat for 2 minutes each side)
neck work
Squats--4 singles, felt good
