Felt much better today than I have in four days. Perhaps it was because I was going "toe to toe" with the next "Great One", my son, Hunter.
Whenever I get the chance to train WITH him, we end up having a blast! Because instead of "putting in the work" I disguise the work as a game and relate it to overall increase in AWESOME!
That in particular is a mantra in our house. "Whenever given a choice in life, CHOOSE that which is MORE awesome".
We combined all sets with a set of SEVEN push ups today.
