I have been trying to train on and off for quite some time now, with little success. My life was turned upside down back in 2012 and I honestly haven't recovered from it. I have tried to put the pieces back together but I keep finding more laying around. That is about as detailed as will usually get. I don't know where this log is going to go but I'm going to try and start again. Mostly training in my garage still. Squat - 455x3, 2sets; 405x3 2sets RDL's - 275x5, 4sets Curls - 4x8
