You recall the statement I made about...If you want to change your life, you need to be making CHANGES in your life?
It starts out very subtlety. You barely notice. It might be waking up a little earlier, or later. It might be drinking a glass of water BEFORE going to the bathroom.
You could take a new route on the way to work, or HOME. But the changes are occurring.
I've decided to only go on the internet for a very finite amount of time.

Decline DB Press: Work up to a heavy 6 reps by doing a slow eccentric, pause for a three count and BLAST the weight back up.
Went from 15-80 in five pound increments.
Bench Press: 6 rep Max doing it the same way... slow eccentric, pause for a three count and BLAST the weight back up.
Barbell Incline Chest Press: This was suppose to be the same way for 6 reps, but the crepitus in my shoulders was disgusting. It didn't hurt, but the sound was incredible, so I stopped and did three sets of cable cross overs.
DB Lateral Raise: 4x10x Heavy
Micro Mini Band Laterals: 4x15
Push Ups: 200 reps.

Sprints: 10x50 yards
