I just jump right into the hammer presses. By that point I'm pretty warmed up and don't feel the need to warm up on each exercise.
I typically go only to positive failure on all basic barbell/dumbell movements, but machine/hammer press movements usually include either a few forced reps, a drop set, or are rest-paused to add some intensity.

Wednesday: back, shoulders (light shoulders)
Thursday: off

Saturday: arms, chest (light chest)
Sunday: back, shoulders (light back)
