Just giving a brief update on my diet. I'm currently working on leaning out some and today is a relatively low carb day.
I've tweaked a few things this week (I was trying a slightly higher fat, very low carb approach just for shits and giggles, but I've gone back to the way I've always done things this week).
Meal 1: 50g protein, 8oz milk, 1/8 cup cashews, 1/2 cup oats
Meal 2: 8oz 93/7 ground beef, 1/2 cup jasmine rice
Meal 3: 4 oz tilapia, 4 oz chicken breast, 1/2 cup jasmine rice, 1 cup broccoli
Meal 4: 50g protein, 1 tablespoon peanut butter, 1 cup oats
Meal 5: 8 oz round steak, 1/3 cup cream of rice
Meal 6: 60g protein, 10-14g fat
The totals for the day will come out somewhere around:
350-375g protein
200g carbs
60-75g fat
And somewhere around 2,800 Cals
