Stupid name, maybe a stupid exercise. These were hard! I did Dimmels last week but didn’t feel like doing them again. The pins were set up so I said I’ll do a slow ecc RDL with some bands and pull fast. I did 3x20 on Dimmels why not gon3x20 on these?? Well, 12 reps put me at 45seconds TUT and 2 seconds away from stroking out so 20 reps wasn’t in the cards.-

Slow on the way down. Pause the weight. Rebreathe and brace on the pins, then try to pull fast AF off the pins. Doing this almost feels like all your muscles ‘slam on’ at once to rip the weight off the pins.
