D0 a bent dumbbell row but supinate (turn your palms up) as you row the weight. The degree the athlete can supinate is going to depend on a couple things. Injury history, mobility and dumbbell size and weight will all play into this. If I would have cut the weight down I could have supinated more but then am I getting enough back stimulation? I would have had to just do more reps to reach fatigue, which is not always a bad thing just not what I was going for on this day. There are tons of variables to consider when training. - - 3-8 x 6-20
