Pause the barbell on the pins each rep. The object is to get the weight moving from a dead stop. As you row push your gut out towards the bar, keep your weight in your heels and stay bent over. You can do row variations where you are a little more upright but for these stay down.

Sets x reps can be 3-8 x 6-30. We usually stay a little lower on the reps for these because holding the row position for 30 reps is pretty miserable!
