We all love to Deadlift right?
How many of you hate doing reps?

Why?
Well, they are hard, they suck and a lot of the time, your lower back is sore after. I mean really sore.
Or, when doing reps, you feel out of the “groove” on a few or maybe you miss one. You fatigue really quickly, or worse.
You tweak something.
