Took the intensity down this week as I planned. But still did some fun stuff with training hitting my old 405 for reps again. Left some in the tank but was very happy with the speed. I also had some time working with Ryan Kennelly and his girlfriend helping them both with different issues they are having with their lifts and movement.

What is a hoff press? All I can find is videos of Dave Hoff shirted benching on youtube when I tried looking it up. I am curious as I see it listed in you log on occasion.
