It has been a pretty good while since I've deadlifted due to my bicep and lat. My plan was to pull at least 500 lbs, for a double. I had a new deadlift suit looking at me in the eye so I needed to use it.

Deadlift, Lat Pull Downs, Rows, Stretching non stop on the first few sets
315 x 2 x 2
405 x 2
500 x 2 x 2
550 x 2
600 x 1, this was easy but it was all that my lat can handle
Bench Press
warm ups
225 x 3 x 2 sets
275 x 2
315 x 0, couldn't unrack the bar
Finished off with a bunch of lat pull downs, rows, chest press/fly machines, abs, etc...
Not a great day but glad to have at least deadlifted something!
