Treadmill. 3.1MPH 6minutes.
Glute Bridge Machine. 3x10. 60lb plate.
Leg curl machine. 3x8. 6/8/10
Leg press. 2x10. 95lbs total.
Happy with the progress. Doing lower body trying to hit all cylinders to equal a squat, which I hope to be doing soon. Drank some cold brew coffee this morning helped a lot.
We did a full body circuit today with my athletes to wrap up the workweek. We had them hit various kettlebell movements superset with FreeMotion selectorized machines. Wrapped up the day with some conditioning outside as the weather was nice.
