Felt good, cold brew for energy. I have done something everyday since sept 22nd. Even though it hasn’t been much have noticed some good weight gain. Some fat some muscle. Want to get to 255/260lbs before I really crank down on the diet. For now just want to gain the weight back and not worried about hs won’t some fat here and there.
For my groups we are hitting all week a 3/1/1 eccentric based main lift. Today they hit that tempo with specialty squat bars!!!!TOUGH.
