Treadmill 6min.  3.3MPH 5.5min, 3.5MPH 30 seconds

DB incline. 3x10.  30/35/35

FreeMotion Pulldown. 3x10.  10/12/13

RopePressdowns. 3x10. 10/12/13

Nautilus curl machine. 3x10.  20/35/50

AB’s (later) Pulldown machine 3x10 10/10/11

 

Still going slow per DR orders.  Ready to crank it up but have to go SLOW.

 

For my athletes we are on the third week of a four week block.  This week we are doing 5x10 at 68-70% on the main lifts and hammering them on accessories.  Great time to pack on some muscle.
