Been pretty hectic lately. Forgot how much life sucks when you're dieting and doing cardio while working full time (and trying to do business stuff on the side too). I worked the "Gear'd Up Real Bodybuilding meeting of the good guys" in Detroit this weekend and it was a great time. I'll write more of that in the future. For now, I'll put down my current diet.
I was 278lbs this morning (had a few high days in a row to fill out some before putting the hammer down at 12 weeks out)
High day:
Meal 1: 5oz meat, 2 cups rice
Meal 2: same
Meal 3: same
Meal 4: same
Periworkout: 2 scoops intra-MD
Meal 5: same
Meal 6: cheat meal
Med day:
Meal 1: 6oz meat, 1/2 cup rice
Meal 2: same (I may stop by a sushi place for nigiri/sashimi once a week on Wednesday here)
Meal 3: same
Meal 4: same
Periworkout: 2 scoops intra-MD
Meal 5: 6oz meat, 1 cup rice
Meal 6: 6oz meat, 7-14g fat
Low day:
Meal 1: 6oz meat, 1/2 cup rice
Meal 2: same
Meal 3: same
Meal 4: same
Meal 5: 6oz meat 7-14g fat
Meal 6: 6oz meat 7-14g fat
Right now I have 1 high day per week, 4 Medium days, and 2 low days.
I'm doing 20min of cardio 4-5x a week in the am and I'm going to start doing 20min of post workout cardio maybe 3x a week
As for food choices, I'm being pretty boring. I'm eating rice nearly 100% of my carb meals and I'm sticking to mostly tilapia for my meat, with 96/4 ground beef or 93/7 ground turkey maybe 25-30% of the time.
