-Chris Carr pulled a VERY heavy single all the way but neglected to lock his hips.  He could have done it, but didn't.  Like running a marathon which is 26 miles 385 yards and stopping at 384 yards and saying..."done".  WTF???

 

Squats:

12x2x50% with a long pause on the box between reps.

 

Prowler Suicides: 6x140 yards worthx90 lbs.

-Push OUT on the upright handles

- Back on the low ones.
