I seem to get a lot of feedback on my logs about what I'm eating, so here's a quick update of where I'm at on a medium carb day at 21 weeks out and 277lbs as of this morning.
7am: 4 eggs w/ cheese, oatmeal
10am: 6oz ground turkey (85/15), 1 cup rice
12:30pm: 6oz ground turkey, 1 cup rice
3pm: 6oz ground turkey, 1 cup rice
5pm: 6oz ground turkey, 1 cup rice
6pm: 90g EAAs, 180g HBCDs (training chest today)
8pm: steak (roast), potatoes (as much as I can stomach)
10pm: steak, potatoes
Glad to hear from you! I'm still trying to regain size I lost during my time away, so I'm probably going to push the offseason as long as I can. I'll start cleaning things up (I'm already eating pretty clean though) at 16 weeks out and be full-on into contest prep by 12 weeks out
