Blast strap push ups 6x8

Since I have been training upper in the am for quite awhile and mostly volume, I am always looking for new ways, to me, that I have not done before. It took a bit of thought as I pretty  much change it each time . I have probablly at one time or another done something sort of close but as I forget all that training, it becomes new again.

Tsunami bar press-platex5,6,7,8,9,10, two plates x 5,6,7,8,9,10, 2.5 plates 2,3,4,5,6 reps. About 20 to 30 seconds rest.

Blast strap push up 6x8

One arm curls with arm on incline. 3sets x50 reps each set per arm.

Reverse Hypers 4x12

Haven't squatted for awhile either so just got some rep work in. Raw , medium stance, belt high on the ribs right below the  bottom of the teat. 315x6x10 sets. I like the belt high on the deads now so I wanted to try some on the squats. Same feel as deads, better leverage and pushes the abs down automatically.

Old Mike who has had the same issues for along time with shrugging the bar out of the rack and not using his legs and giving up his upper back in the hole tried some after training with some gentle suggestion. His pickup is much better and he didnt break forward in the hole. It made him arch his upper back more. So this is alot more to this style then I originally thought(and I ahve not had anyone show me exactly  right) so will continue on with the experiment on the squat as well.  As teh weights get heaiver , then a we can see how well it does on the squat.
