-Bench 225x10x10
-Overhead plate french pressx10 with shoulder pressx5x 5 sets non stop. 4 rounds of this
-One arm curls nonstop back and forth 5x10 per armx 2rounds
Missed Saturday training due to the annual BB show here in town. Always a all day and half the night affair. Wore out Sunday so no cardio either. Watched the Avengers and it was allright. Not near as good as the others.
