I had an interview planned for today to get all of you familiar with Elitefts.com columnist Sam Brown, but as usual, things change.
Greg Robins of the Strength House dropped by at the same time, and Jeff Bramhall pretty much lives here so we all decided to sit down and discuss coaching stuff.
Sam is featured in this episode as he has a background as a counselor and uses what he learned doing that to get the most out of his athletes.
Watch for some excellent tips on being a better coach.
Stay tuned for more in this series over the next few weeks.
We’ve got a lot coming your way.
Most of if good. I think.
I’d like to end this week with a sad farewell to a beloved Team member.
My deepest condolences go out to the family of EliteFTS Team leader Bob Youngs who passed away unexpectedly yesterday.
Bob was loved and respected by many, including all of us here at EliteFTS.com.
He will be missed terribly by me, and I am sure the rest of us.
Bob was not a good man, he was a great man and he helped me tremendously many times asking nothing in return.
He exemplified Live, Learn, Pass on.
Farewell Bob.
