I have seen a million videos about how to do a Glute Ham Raise and I have to say that I have not found that any of them have been effective for me.

1) Video your GHRs to make sure that they look as good as they feel.
2) Make sure that you are doing them in a way that allow your body to learn the correct motor patterns.
3) Make sure that you are doing them in a way that HELP YOUR LIFTS!
4) Work hard.
