Chain Suspended Good Mornings are a great exercise no matter what your goals are.  Stronger Squat?  Stronger Deadlift?  Super Yoke?  Atlas Stones?  Impress The Ladies?

It works it all!

But if you are going to do them then doggone it you need to do them correctly!

Watching someone bounce the bar off of the safety chains is very similar to them running their fingers down a chalkboard just after they turn down the ACDC on my radio before a heavy deadlift. Should be punishable by death...or I should at least get to lay a hook kick up side your head then hold you down and make you smell my nose torque for several minutes straight. Minimum!
