So this past Wednesday I deadlifted. My motivation is not very high at the moment. Some time when you concentrate on others you don't have the energy to train as hard as you need or want to. I know I will get on track soon. But my team and clients have been my first priority . I pulled a week ago with just Angela present. I pulled 606 for one and shut it down. I normal would wait 14 days before I pull heavy again. And yes 606 was heavy especially going through the motions just to get it in. And Angela was not the problem. I wasn't motivated like I needed to be. If my head is right I can pull by myself and get it done. I would rather not. Well this week I pulled with my training group. 617x5 was rough. I lost my balance putting it down on the last rep and almost fell. Kindy funny! Thanks for reading. After pulling I did GHR3X10, shrugs 4x15x315, Upper back for 8sets
