Today is another high carb day. I'll be training legs in a few hours at Strength Beyond in Kalamazoo as well.
I've been getting email feedback on my diet logs, so I'll keep posting them along with my training logs as much as I can.
I'm currently 19 weeks out (I'll start prepping in about 3 weeks) and somewhere in the low 280s bodyweight.
*Sipped throughout the day: 200g HBCDs, 50g EAAs
7am: 4 eggs w/ cheese, bowl of oatmeal, 2 yogurts
9:30am: 4oz chicken breast, 2.5 cups pasta
12pm: 4oz chicken breast, 2 cups pasta, 2 bowls cereal
2:30pm: 4oz chicken breast, 2 cups pasta, yogurt
4:30pm: 2 cups oatmeal, egg whites
6pm: 180g HBCDs, 90g EAAs
8:30pm: not sure yet...might have something "fun" actually.
10:30pm: not sure here either...depends on what I have at 8:30. I'll probably just have steak and potatoes though.
I'll definitely be over 1,000g of carbs by the end of the day, which is about as high as I've taken my calories this offseason.
The plan right now is to continue having two high days per week (usually on Mondays and Fridays--which are my leg days right now), with 4 medium days, and one low day (my only off day from training).
Around 16 weeks out I'll start tightening things up with the diet and be full blown into contest prep hunger by 12 weeks out.
My medium days are around 500g of carbs and the high days are somewhere between 800-1000g for the most part.
My protein and fat varies each day as well.
