The first part of that quote definitely sums up how I'm feeling about my training right now. And don't worry, the second part would only be intended for my father-in-law. No need to lock up the kids.
Since gradually returning to training after my surgery, things have been going slowly. I keep experiencing hip, back, and shoulder pain. I have been back and forth a few times with Harry Selkow and trying to work this sh!t out. I wanted to post about my training this week, but that is not going to be. I can't post what I can't figure out.
Right now I need to come up with some rules and guidelines for my programming. I need to be methodical about it. I don't want to rush just so I have something to blog about this week. Things are moving in the right direction so hopefully, I can give a better update next week. Who knows, maybe we can all even learn something from the process.
