Monday's are wonderful.  I have danced my programming around that they FEEL more like Weds.

Weds have traditionally been for Accessory Back and Arms.  Now who does NOT like training the pipes?  No one, right?

I can go either way with them, but I LOVE training my back...EXCEPT today.

I got my stuff ready to go, wrote all the programs up on the white board, Set the music for Southern Rock, Lights on, Doors open, me to begin with my selected group of 6 or so and here's how it went...

Shrugs: 4x12xa LOT of weight

A couple Bat Wing Pulldowns

Less than a few Chest Supported Rows.

Dicked around, Coached, spotted, coached some more...got tired, needed a nap...rode my bike home, here I sit.

I don't feel bad about this lack luster performance either.  Normally speaking, I will bull THROUGH a workout like this and then tweak something.  In other words...GET HURT!

Nope, not today.  Time for a bit more recovery.
